Kenny’s passion for construction was ignited in his childhood when he shadowed his father, Charles, working in his small construction company. Kenny went on to study construction-related courses at the University of Idaho.
In 1997, Kenny joined his father's company full-time and, as his father neared retirement, Kenny took a significant step and created Pacific North Contractors. Despite the company's rapid growth, Kenny remains grounded and hands-on, frequently meeting with clients and often operating equipment or wielding a hammer. The company's success is a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Since its conception in 2018, Brandi has played a pivotal role in the success of PNC. Brandi and Kenny’s children, Shaylann and Jace, have each acted as seasonal employees of PNC since they were teenagers.

In 2024, PNC successfully completed a build-out for Club Pilates in Star, Idaho. This project involved transforming a raw space into a customized environment designed to meet the unique operational needs of a Pilates studio. Our work encompassed everything from installing essential systems to applying stylish design finishes, ensuring a functional and inviting space for both instructors and clients.
