Brandi Elumbaugh, the Co-Owner & Lead Designer at PNC, wears many hats. Not only is she one of the driving forces of our business, but she is a wife, mother, and very involved community member as well.
Brandi may not be out on job sites swinging a hammer, but she manages and guides the behind-the-scenes activities that are imperative to any project. From licensing to design to keeping up with regulations, you name it, Brandi is taking care of it! She is the main point of contact with our clients, and the one who roots them on throughout the entire build process, from day one to move in!
Kenny Elumbaugh, the CEO, has been refining his skills and knowledge in the construction field since he was 14 years old. He is out in the field almost every day meeting with clients, performing quality checks, and occasionally running equipment and swinging a hammer.
Since 2018, he has scaled and grown Pacific North Contractors, constantly maintaining client relationships and fostering and building new relationships in the communities he serves.

Kenny’s passion for construction was ignited in his childhood when he shadowed his father, Charles, working in his small construction company. Kenny went on to study construction-related courses at the University of Idaho.
In 1997, Kenny joined his father's company full-time and, as his father neared retirement, Kenny took a significant step and created Pacific North Contractors. Despite the company's rapid growth, Kenny remains grounded and hands-on, frequently meeting with clients and often operating equipment or wielding a hammer. The company's success is a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Since its conception in 2018, Brandi has played a pivotal role in the success of PNC. Brandi and Kenny’s children, Shaylann and Jace, have each acted as seasonal employees of PNC since they were teenagers.
