In 2024, PNC successfully completed a build-out for Club Pilates in Star, Idaho. This project involved transforming a raw space into a customized environment designed to meet the unique operational needs of a Pilates studio. Our work encompassed everything from installing essential systems to applying stylish design finishes, ensuring a functional and inviting space for both instructors and clients. The efficiency and short timeline on this project has earned the attention of Corporate and many Franchisee owners throughout the nation.
PNC has established a pristine reputation with Stinker Station. Working collaboratively with their team on projects in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas, providing maintenance and tenant improvement services.
Kenny, the founder of PNC, initiated his career in the construction industry by assisting his father in the construction of Jackson’s Food Store on Broadway in Boise, Idaho, in 1988. Through years of collaboration with his father and the management of his own company, Kenny has continually refined the skills acquired in construction and maintenance while also developing new competencies. Over the past 36 years, he has applied these skills to deliver high-quality building and maintenance services for many of the more than 300 Jackson’s Food Stores across the Pacific Northwest. His unwavering commitment to quality and community has been a fundamental contributor to PNC’s success.
Bud’s Marketplace is a new convenience store chain in the Treasure Valley, with two existing locations, built by PNC, and a third location opening in 2025.

Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a stunning open-concept layout, it also boasts a beautiful pool with a pool house, alongside a 3-car garage complete with an RV bay. This home is a true oasis, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.
Our Designers took special care and attention when working on this project to enhance the already existing environment rather than taking away. This design truly showcases how natural elements can inspire the final product. Focusing on natural light and organic modern finishes inside and out, we were able to create an inviting space with state of the art technology.
